Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This site is operated by Oakheart Technologies LLC in Spokane, WA. This page explains what information the site collects, how it’s used, and who else handles it.

Information you send me

Contact form. If you send a message, I receive the name, email address, business, phone number (if you give one) and message you submit, plus how you heard about Oakheart.

Booking. If you book a call through Microsoft Bookings, I receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address and answers to the booking questions.

Please don’t send passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers or other sensitive information through the form or booking page.

How I use it

I use it to reply to you, to schedule and prepare for calls, and to follow up on your inquiry. I don’t sell your information, and I don’t share it for marketing.

Who else handles it

The site uses a few outside services. Each handles information under its own privacy terms.

  • Cloudflare hosts the site and provides its traffic analytics. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site.
  • Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to me by email.
  • hCaptcha blocks spam on the contact form. It loads only when you start using the form, and it may process device and browser information to tell people from bots.
  • Microsoft provides the Bookings page and my email (Microsoft 365), so messages and bookings pass through Microsoft’s systems.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures traffic without cookies and without tracking individual visitors across sites. My own pages don’t set cookies. Services you choose to use, such as the contact form’s captcha or the Microsoft Bookings page, may set their own.

Links to other sites

The site links to other places, such as LinkedIn, GitHub, the Meta Quest store and itch.io. They have their own privacy practices, and I’m not responsible for them.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiry emails and booking details for as long as they’re useful for the relationship or required by law. If we work together, information shared during the work is covered by our written agreement.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Emailtyler@oakhearttech.com.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If I change this policy, I’ll update the date at the top of this page.
