Interactive & VR Training

Training people can practice, not just read.

Some skills are best learned by doing, in a safe place to get it wrong. I build interactive training and simulations, including VR, for businesses and organizations.

A good fit if

  • The skill is hands-on, high-stakes or expensive to practice for real.
  • Slide decks and videos aren’t changing what people do on the job.
  • You want repeatable scenarios and a way to see how people performed.

What’s included

  • Scenario design with your subject-matter experts
  • Interactive or VR build, tested with real users
  • Deployment support and documentation
  • Optional updates as procedures change

// how it works

How a project runs

  1. 01

  2. 02

    Map

Scenarios, scope and a prototype plan.

  3. 03

    Build

Iterative builds you can try early.

  4. 04

    Hand off

Deployment, documentation and training for your team.

Questions

Does it need VR headsets?

Not always. Some training works well on a regular computer or tablet. We pick the format that suits the skill and the budget.

Have you released a VR project?

Yes. I have a VR title live on the Meta Quest store, I’m the sole developer on a multiplayer VR training simulator, and I’m a Unity Certified User in VR Development and Programming. See the Games and VR page for more.
